About Us

M D Aesthetics and Dermatology PLLC is a boutique dermatology practice located in Chicago’s West Loop, founded in 2017 by Dr. Gabriel J. Martinez-Diaz, MD, FAAD, a Stanford University–trained, board-certified dermatologist.

Our practice was created with a clear purpose: to provide high-quality dermatologic care that combines medical rigor, aesthetic excellence, and a highly personalized patient experience. We believe dermatology should be both scientifically grounded and thoughtfully delivered, with transparency, efficiency, and respect for every patient.

We offer comprehensive care across aesthetic, surgical, and medical dermatology, treating each patient as an individual rather than a diagnosis. Our approach is thorough, never rushed, and focused on helping patients understand their skin, their options, and the reasoning behind every recommendation.

Appointments changed, cancelled, or missed outside of this window will incur a $175.00 fee (regular appointments) and $300., scheduling, and no show policy
