For procedural based appointments, there is a 72-business hour cancellation, rescheduling, and no show policy.
Appointments changed, cancelled, or missed outside of this window will incur a $175.00 fee (regular appointments) and $300 scheduling, and no show policy
Street parking is available on Adams, as well as in the surrounding streets close to the office.
Please anticipate that finding parking in the West Loop can be challenging and time yourself accordingly.
We recommend using public transportation.
The nearest CTA stations to our office are the Blue Line UIC Halsted stop and the Adams St stop for Pink and Green lines.
Other forms of transportation such as Lyft, Uber are strongly suggested as a method to reach our office.
Please do not park in the private parking lots adjacent to our building, if you do, your car will be towed.
