Our scheduling policies are designed to preserve the integrity of your reserved time and ensure seamless care for all patients.
For standard consultations, we require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice for any cancellations, rescheduling, or missed appointments.
For procedural appointments, a minimum of 72 business hours’ notice is required for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes.
Appointments modified, canceled, or missed outside of these respective notice periods will incur a fee of $175 for standard appointments and $300 for procedural appointments.

To confirm and create your appointment, all patients are required to complete our Appointment Policy and Credit Card on File Agreement in full. Requests that do not meet these requirements cannot be approved, and services will not be rendered.
